Why we're building it

Great small games deserve to be found

Thousands of indie games come out every year. Most of them are never seen, lost in big stores between huge studios and low-effort copies.

Players can't find them

Big stores show what already sells. A brilliant game from two friends in a bedroom sinks in a week.

Developers fight alone

Making a game is hard. Marketing it, testing it and understanding players is even harder for a small team.

Fans want to help

People who love indie games want to support the makers directly, not just click "buy" and move on.

Our goal

Make it easy to discover great indie games, and help the people who make them earn a living doing it.

For players

What's inside the app

One place to discover, buy, play and collect indie games, with a few surprises you won't find anywhere else.

01

A store with taste

Every game is reviewed by a person before it goes live. No asset flips, no clones. Shelves like Fresh worlds, Hidden gems and Easy on the wallet help you find something new every week.

  • Hand-picked featured games
  • Real player reviews and demos to try first
  • Wishlist with price-drop alerts
02

Game Match

Not sure what to play? Swipe. Right if it looks fun, left if it's not for you. Every swipe teaches CozyRings your taste, and your next favourite game shows up on its own.

  • A taste meter that learns as you swipe
  • "Because you liked…" picks on your home page
03

Your library, one click to play

CozyRings installs your games, keeps them in one place and starts them with one button. It remembers what you played last and how long, so you can jump straight back in.

  • Install, update and uninstall in the app
  • Play time, favourites and "jump back in"
  • "What's new" notes when a game you own gets an update
04

Play, earn points, collect

Buying and playing indie games earns you supporter points. Climb from Bronze to Platinum, then spend your points in the Points Shop on extras the developers make: items for your room, wallpapers, in-game codes and art books.

  • Weekly quests and achievements
  • Points can't be bought, only earned
  • Seasonal collections, like Halloween and Christmas

05 · My Room

A cozy room that's all yours

Every player gets a pixel room with lo-fi music, a sleeping cat and a window to the world outside. Your games sit on the shelf, items from the Points Shop stand in the room, and clicking one takes you to its game.

My Room, autumn theme at night: a cozy pixel room with a bookshelf, a window with falling leaves, a fireplace, a desk with a computer and a cat on a blanket.

Autumn · night. Rain on the glass, a candle in the window.

For developers

A studio that tells you what to fix first

Launch your game in four steps, then see exactly what players do with it, in plain words.

CozyRings · Studio
The Studio stats page for a game called Tidekeeper: a funnel from 512 players who saw the game to 7 who bought it, a tip that says the cover is the problem, page visits per day and where players found the game.
The Studio stats page, from the app in development.

Launch in 4 steps

Basics, media, build and price, review. A page score shows what's missing before you submit.

Stats that explain

Funnel, Game Match results, reviews, crashes, versions and revenue, each with a clear next step.

Demo feedback

Put out a demo and get structured feedback from real players: bugs, fun and difficulty.

Rewards for fans

Upload room items, wallpapers, codes and PDFs. Fans spend their points on them and keep coming back.

85%of every sale planned for the developer

CozyRings keeps only 15% to run the store, payments and servers. Developers can also post updates that reach every owner, and see where their players come from.

The app is still in development, so this is our plan and may change. The final terms will be in the developer agreement you sign before selling.

Questions

Good to know

When can I use the app?

We're building it now. A closed beta with developers comes first, then the public launch. Join our Discord to hear first.

Which computers will it run on?

Windows 10 and Windows 11 at launch. Other platforms may come later.

Is the app free?

Yes. The app is free to download. You pay only for the games you buy, and many games have free demos.

I made a game. How do I get it on CozyRings?

Join our Discord and tell us about your game. Beta developers get early access to the Studio and help shape it.
